Pie Bar Ballard opens on Market St

The second location of the well known Seattle eatery and watering hole, Pie Bar, is now open in Ballard.

The new bar opened last Friday in the space that was formerly occupied by Great Harvest Bread Co (2218 NW Market St).

Pie Bar is the venture of identical twins Alyssa Lewis and Natalie Delucchi who opened their first location in Capitol Hill in 2013.

Pie Bar’s menu consists of weekly rotating pies including Bumble Berry Crumble, Boozy Nut, Granny Apple, Strawberry Rhubarb, Razzle Blue, Sour Cherry, Coconut, Banana, Key lime & Peanut Butter.

A selection of savory pot pies will also be available including Chicken Pot Pie, Gobble Gobble Pie “Thanksgiving in a Pie”, and Pizza in a Pie.

In terms of drink offerings, the full bar features “Pie-tinis,” pie-infused martinis, craft cocktails, microbrews on tap, wine, cider and their famous Apple Pie Moscow Mule.

Pie Bar is open daily from 4 p.m. until late with the take out window open earlier from 11 a.m. until late.
