According to its Facebook page, Bloom Ballard (5410 17th Ave NW) is set to close its doors for good. The last day of regular service is set to be this Saturday, March 28.
The restaurant will be hosting some pop-up events before permanently closing and the team are yet to announce some special projects that are reportedly in the works.
“We would like to thank our friends, families, and fantastic customers for supporting us for the last year and a half. It’s been a roller coaster, and we appreciate everyone who went along for the ride,” says the team from Bloom on their Facebook page.
The farm-to-table Japanese restaurant became a quick favorite after opening in August 2013. The reason for the closure is at this stage unknown.
