My Ballard reader Cindy emailed in to report that her four-month old, tri-colored female Australian Shepherd puppy, named Penny, is lost in Ballard.
Penny jumped out an open car window in Ballard near Mud Bay on 15th on Saturday evening. Her owners are desperately looking for her.
“She is wearing a purple harness and we are desperately looking for her. She may flee when she is approached,” Cindy writes.
