Ballard Development Update May 22: ongoing subdivisions in the neighborhood

This week’s development update is more of the same, with two property subdivision applications and one decision to approve the division of one lot into five unit lots.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. The subdivision of the property is for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots, and development standards will be applied to the original parcel, not to each of the new unit lots.

A Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into five unit lots has been approved. The subdivision of the property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
