Deadliest Catch barbecue and ship tour to benefit Nordic Heritage Museum on Saturday

shipyardThis Saturday, there will be a Deadliest Catch barbecue to raise money for the Nordic Heritage Museum. From 2 to 5 p.m., the Pacific Fisherman Shipyard will host tours of the F/V Northwestern from Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch and a smorgasbord including alder-smoked king crab, salmon and cod; and pan-seared Alaskan Weathervane scallops.

Doug Dixon of Pacific Fishermen Shipyard and PFI Marine Electric and Tor Tollessen of Lunde Marine Electronics will host the barbecue and tour of the Pacific Fishermen Shipyard. Tickets for the barbecue are $100, and all proceeds will benefit the Nordic Heritage Museum.
