Ballard Development Update June 11: subdivisions and 11th Ave NW waterfront remodel

Three subdivision applications, three subdivision approvals, and an application to remodel the waterfront near Fred Meyer on 11th Ave NW make up today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Applications:

1546 NW 62ND ST

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 2,449 sq. ft. and B) 2,552 sq. ft. Existing structures to be removed.

4315 11TH AVE NW

An application for Shoreline Substantial Development has been submitted to remove and replace existing 2,664 sq. ft. pier and 62 timber piles and install 65 steel piles, an 851 sq. ft. float, a 44 ft. long grated ramp and a new 3,170 sq. ft. concrete pier.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6457950. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 2,548 sq. ft. and B) 2,449 sq. ft. Existing structure to be demolished.
