What’s on this weekend

The 2nd Saturday of the month brings back the Ballard ArtWalk and a Golden Gardens restoration volunteer crew. Whittier Heights puts on a family-fun festival with music and raffle tickets. Our neighbors at Phinney and Greenwood close off a section of road for a Saturday street fair celebration.

As always in summer, there are free concerts at the Locks and the good ‘ol Ballard Farmer’s Market this Sunday. Plus, watch out for Mariners traffic downtown for games all three days this weekend!

We are told to expect a high of 79 degrees with a twenty percent chance of rain both Saturday and Sunday. Overall, we’ll see the weather fluctuate from sunny to partly cloudy.
