SATURDAY, August 15th, from 1–3 p.m., local author/illustrator Matthew Porter will celebrate the release of his new picture book, The Rise and Fall of Oscar the Magician. Festivities will be held at the Seattle Creative Arts Center (2601 NW Market St).
The party is free and open to everyone and guests will enjoy snacks, face-painting, and other activities for the whole family.
TONIGHT, a book signing takes place at Seattle Metaphysical Library (2220 NW Market St) tonight at 7 p.m. Meet Patricia Lee, who will sign her new book “S/He Dragon” published in March.
