Ballard Development Update: subdivisions and design meetings for large residential buildings

A flurry of subdivision applications on NW 61st St and two upcoming meetings on larger residential buildings are in today’s development update as posted in the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) Land Use Information Bulletin.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6452806. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
