BHS cheerleading squad to put on cheer camp fundraiser

This weekend, the Ballard High School cheerleading squad will offer a camp for kids in order to raise money for their program. The camp is open to kids K-5, and they’ll spend the morning with the BHS squad and learn cheers, chants and dances. The program is from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Sunday, September 27 and costs $35 per camper, and $30 for additional family members. There will be a performance at noon at the BHS auxiliary gym (1418 NW 65th St).

“Last year we had almost 75 kids and they loved it!” Laura Hennessy tells us. Each camper will receive a t-shirt, set of poms, and a picture with the squad. The registration form can be downloaded here: Lil’ Beavs Sign Up Form 2015.
