Affordable Care Act Q&A and enrollment assistance, Wed. Dec. 9, Ballard Library

This Wednesday, December 9th, there will be trained staff from the Public Health of Seattle & King County answering Affordable Care Act questions and assisting with enrollment.

When: Wednesday, December 9. 10am-2pm
Where:
 Ballard Branch Library, in the Study Room (5614 22nd Ave NW)
Cost: Free and everyone is welcome
Bring: From the event page:

“To enroll in an insurance plan, please have with you:

  •  Social Security Numbers for all household members
  • Birthdays for all members
  •  Your most recent income information
  • If you are a resident of Washington State and you have a green card, your Green Card Number”

Space is limited, and the library can not exceed the maximum number allowed; so the library asks that attendees come early to ensure your seat.
