Just one decision makes up today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.
Decisions:
Land Use Application to allow a 5 story structure containing 89 residential units above 2,460 sq. ft. of commercial space and 4 live-work units. Parking for 49 vehicles to be provided at grade. Existing structures to be demolished. Approx. 4,220 cubic yards of soil will be removed from the site.
Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 12/21/2015.
