Brimmer & Heeltap (425 NW Market St) co-founders Jen Doak and Chef Mike Whisenhunt are excited to announce that they are launching a brunch service this Friday, May 6.
Brunch will be served every Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations can be placed this week in the lead up to the launch.
The brunch menu will feature rotating seasonal fare and cocktails, including as Dungeness crab salad with smoked fingerlings and a “Giant Lemon Pancake” (featured in the above photo) topped with berry syrup.
“With summer right around the corner, guests can have brunch in the outdoor dining area while enjoying the flowers in full bloom– especially the wisteria,” says Doak.
