Here is the latest news on the development front for our neighborhood as listed in the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Applications:

7536 15th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: Y) 1,393.2 sq. ft. and Z) 1,396.4 sq. ft. Two live-work units proposed under 6487792.

9500 9th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 6,809 sq. ft. and B) 2,299 sq. ft. Existing structures to remain.

8364 12th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow a 3-story rowhouse containing 7 dwelling units. Surface parking for 7 vehicles to be provided.

Decision:

2433 NW 62nd St

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 3,398 sq. ft. and B) 1,600 sq. ft. Existing structures to be demolished.

Appeals of the above decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 5/23/2016.
