Development Update June 6: More subdivisions

Two applications and five decisions make up today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Applications:

2218 NW 61st St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6517406. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

1415 NW 65th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6503136. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6444044. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

316 NW 41st St

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6480366. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6443817. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

9056 4th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 5,094 sq. ft. and B) 5,000 sq. ft. The existing residence on parcel A will remain and the shed on parcel B will be removed.

6727 Alonzo Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6470939. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 6/2o/2016.
