Development Update October 6: More subdivisions

Two decisions make up today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed Parcel sizes are: A) 3,807 sq. ft. and B) 3,807 sq. ft. Existing structure to be demolished.

Decisions:

6733 Alonzo Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6480863. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

810 NW 63rd St

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6515795. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

8340 Mary Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6481903. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into five unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6513243. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
