Green Seattle Day is on of the biggest environmental parties of the year and is set for this Saturday, November 12.
Locals have the opportunity to join hundreds of volunteers planting thousands of plants in parks throughout the Emerald City.
In our area, locals can volunteer with Heron Habitat Helpers from 9 a.m. – noon. The team will be weeding, trail clearing, and planting at Commodore Park and our other restoration sites in Magnolia.Coffee, tea, and a light snack will be provided.
