Development Update December 27: One subdivision

One decision and one order of dismissal make up today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6486876. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Appeals of the above decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 1/9/2017.

Order of Dismissal:

951 NW Ballard Way

The appellants have withdrawn their appeal.  Pursuant to Hearing Examiner Rule 3.06, the matter should be, and hereby is, DISMISSED, and the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 2017, is canceled.
