Development Update February 16: Subdivisions and row-houses

A number of applications and decisions make up today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Applications:

2216 NW 64th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6537620. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

1727 NW 60th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6528065. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow a two-story, 5-unit rowhouse. Surface parking to be provided for two vehicles. Existing structure to be demolished. Environmental Review includes future unit lot subdivision.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into six unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project 6464648. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. Environmental review conducted under #3019675.

Decisions:

2626 NW 62nd St

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6459795. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

6316 26th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been approved to allow one, 3-story, three-unit rowhouse and one 3-story, two-unit rowhouse. Surface parking for five vehicles to be provided. Existing structure to be demolished. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.

2428 NW 63rd St

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 3,398 sq. ft. and B) 1,600 sq. ft. Existing structures to be demolished.
