Development Update June 15: more rowhouses on the way

Today’s development update includes one new application for a block of townhouses on NW 41st St and 3rd Ave NW, plus revised applications for three rowhouses and two single-family residences on NW 64th St. The update comes from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Applications:

4101 3RD AVE NW

Land Use Application to allow a 3-story, five unit rowhouse structure with surface parking for five vehicles. Existing building to be demolished.

Comments may be submitted until 06/28/2017.

Revised Applications:

2011 NW 64TH ST

Land Use Application to allow a 3-story, 3-unit rowhouse structure. To be considered with Project #3028046 for shared access. Parking for 3 vehicles to be provided, one on adjacent site to the south. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.

Comments may be submitted until 06/28/2017.

2009 NW 64TH ST

Land Use Application to allow two, 3-story single-family residences. Parking for 2 vehicles to be provided. To be considered with Project #3028264 for shared access and one off site parking space. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.
