On Saturday, September 9, Groundswell NW will be hosting a guided walking tour of their parks and projects in Ballard as part of the Sustainable Ballard Festival.
Groundswell NW Board member Dave Boyd will host the tour, giving participants the history of growing parks and natural habitats in Ballard. They’ll also discuss the “current challenges our city faces as the availability of new green space is affected by the increased demands of density,” according to Groundswell NW.
