Development Update September 18: one subdivision and new restrooms at Shilshole Marina

Today’s development update includes one application for a new subdivision in the center of Ballard, and for a new restroom building at Shilshole Bay Marina. The update comes from the bi-weekly Land Use Information Bulletin.

1731 NW 63RD ST

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6580476. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

7001 SEAVIEW AVE NW

Shoreline Substantial Development Application to allow three new restroom buildings and to change the use of two restrooms to storage rooms. Two restroom buildings to be demolished, two existing to remain.
