Graffiti has been appearing on the front steps of several Ballard homes in the form of two white circles. My Ballard reader Paul Steele says he found the graffiti a few mornings ago at his home on 10th Ave NW. Walking around the neighborhood, he says he found several other homes that had the same tag on the east side of 10th Ave NW block between 70th and 73rd.
Steele says he reported the graffiti to police. He said he and his neighbors discussed that it may be correlated to newspaper delivery subscriptions.
