Ballard High wins state cheer competition

For the second year in a row, Ballard High School took home the hardware at the state cheerleading championship.

The girls won in the “2A/3A Medium” category, edging out Steilacoom by a score of 86.5 to 86.25. They also took third place in the “2A/3A/4A Non-Tumbling Medium” category.

The WIAA competition was held yesterday in Battle Ground, WA.
