Stephen Munro, gardener at the Locks, is focusing on a master management plan for the Carl S. English Garden.
Stephen will discuss subjects to include:
– History of the early Locks and Grounds
– The role of the architects Bebb & Gould and Carl S. English
– Development of the Garden over time
– Some Interesting plants
 – Plans to preserve and maintain the Garden for the future
