It’s the day before Thanksgiving, and you might be a combination of cold, tired, excited and hungry. We have one more tasting before the day of family, friends and lots of food, so come on by! This tasting will be focused on wines with bolder flavors and tastes, for any who enjoy a little bit of pizzazz in the glass.

Here are a few of the wines we’ll be featuring!

Jané Ventura Brut Rosé Cava $18.85
Made from 100% Garnacha Negra and made to show the elegance and vitality of the varietal. From a tiny family winery full of spirit and earnest winemaking.

2015 Tokaj Evolucio $13.85
85% Furmint, 15% Harsvelu. Completely dry Tokaj, this is a bottle of wine to experience. Lots of ripe orchard and stone fruit with highlights of sweet herb and white flower. A core of acidity to carry the wine through to a lovely finish.

2015 Costers del Segre, Tomas Cusine, Vilosell $17.85
Ull de Llebre, Syrah, Garnatxa, Carinena (Samso). Tomas Cusine branched out and began his own winery in 2003 after 20 years of experience working in his family’s estate, Castell del Remei. He’s located in the village of El Vilosell, which is at the southern end of Costers del Segre, in the province of Lleida. His winery is the highest elevation site in Catalunya. There are many small plots of vineyards planted between oak forests, pines, and junipers.

2012 Sierra de Salamanca, Bodegas Cambrico, Vinas del Cambrico $20.85
Located in the heart of the Natural Park Sierra de Francia, Cambrico is reviving old Roman vineyard sites using the native varietals of the region. Rufete, Tempranillo, and Calabres are planted on high hillsides with vines that are 80-100 years old. The winery is entirely gravity fed. This cuvee is a blend of 85% Rufete and 15% Tempranillo.
