She's been kicked out of the community center more times than I can count. I took the photo of her after we kicked her out of our charity event for attempting to steal there. She and her partner are a known problem in the community, are not homeless, and seems to be exactly the kind of person whose photo should be posted and kept an eye on. </p> <p>I went to the blog but it wasn't clear how I could "join the conversation and talk about your own experiences." We also don't use many of the restaurant ones.
