The nice guy behind the counter told me they were sad about it, too, but that they'd still give you a sample of a loaf your were thinking about purchasing. </p> <p>I rarely took them up on the freebie slices, but it's sad to see such a thing go away. I always thought it was a really nice thing they were doing. </p>
