A lot of cafes and restaurants offer discounts there that they might not otherwise offer in a 2-for-1 coupon flyer. Makes sense...they probably get their money up front. And I discover new places that I've always wanted to go (i.e., Alexa's Garden Cafe at Swanson's Nursery ~ a lovely little oasis where you're surrounded by lush plants and a koi fish pond).</p> <p>However, I realized early on that I was buying way too many "deals" (so easy to be tempted), so I've backed off a bit until I use the ones I already have. There are a minimum number of people who need to buy for the deal to be "on." I bought a coupon for trapeze lessons today! </p> <p>Anyway, it's really cool and a great opportunity to experience things you might not otherwise think to do at a deeply discounted price. And I am totally not at all affiliated with it....I just thought it was pretty awesome and wanted to share! </p>
