It was right in front of a home where I saw a woman holding out her hands looking distressed and 3 or 4 police cars seemingly having driven right on up onto the curb with their lights flashing. It looked like something really major happened. How is this not on MyBallard yet?<br /> But yeah I'm very curious so if anyone has heard anything let me know!
