I really like the Ballard neighborhood<br /> because there are lots of young people, good<br /> restaurants, and it’s become a creative hot spot but still<br /> has a relaxed industrial vibe. I love the mix of industrial and residential<br /> zoning. It’s a working neighborhood with fishing and<br /> cement trucks and construction companies mixed with<br /> little old ladies and artists. </p>
