Restaurant doesn't necessarily have to be in Ballard...although that would be nice...just has to accommodate 20+ people, be reasonably priced, have parking and options for vegetarians. Anthonys has beens suggested by a friend...isn't that place expensive? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I swear you can't tell that there meat and seafood dishes are not the real thing and you don't feel sluggish afterwards. There portions are big and inexpensive so expect tasty leftovers and money still in your wallet:)

Anthony's is kind of expensive but has a nice little happy hour on the deck.

Of course I'm going to say Bastille, but they'd probably run similar price to Anthony's. I was at Louie's Chinese the other day and noticed that they have some private/banquet rooms -- not hard to get a fun meal for not-too-much there.

Hale's Ales has an upstairs room that would be good for 20+ They take kids. Not too expensive.

How about Michoacan at 84th & 15th -- they seem to offer that whole north wing for private parties. The food is delish and the owners are so nice. They will make you feel at home.

I'm not in love with the food at Hales, but they do have a wide variety and kids enjoy seeing the brewing equipment.

www.razzispizza.com (formerly Romios) on 85th & Greenwood has a separate banquet room for up to 50 people and satisfies the requirements of your post, NoraC :)

Chef Liao's up on Phinney. It's a small place, but the different types of Asian foods they offer seem to give decent options to groups of people, including vegetarians.
