   This dog seems to be lost. He appeared to have tags, but he wouldn't let me get close enough to read them.

   Last I saw him, he was at 77th and 29th NW, moving East.

   Nope, a different dog. I had emailed our neighbors who weren't around, and it turns out the dog's owner was their from-out-of-town brother. Anyway, we have a happy ending.. thanks neighbors for helping me corral little Ruby back into her owner's arms!
