   And what was the deal with the Ballard Bistro that was opened for 5 minutes?

   Is 15th Ave just not a good idea for a food biz?

   I was next door when a family pulled up and went into the building (grandpa, dad, kid). The ladies at the nail salon said they're getting ready to open up another hamburger joint. Guess we'll find out soon...

   Yep, it's going to be a burger joint. Think they put the sign up this weekend, "Burger Hero"...or something like that.
