   Mariners outfielder Greg Halman was stabbed to death early Monday in Rotterdam and his brother was reportedly arrested as a suspect. Halman had spent the last seven years with the M's organization and was brought up to the Majors in late 2010.

   Horribly sad story. I really liked him and wanted to see him get some good time this year.

   Yeah, he was probably one of our best future prospects once he had developed some more. He had the drive and the skills to really excel. Definitely sad.
