The Home page has an article posted 1/6/2012 of interest.

Bill Parks of the Sunset Hill Development, LLC, wants public input of a remodel and expansion of the Sunset Hill Green Market building (6405 NW 32nd ST) as his group puts together their package for the City.

Meeting One: Wednesday, January 11, 7- 9 PM at SHCC (3003 NW 66th)
Meeting Two: Wednesday, January 18, Same time; same place

I don't know any of the persons involved with the project but thought MB posters would like to attend the meetings and/or make comments here for anyone who might be attending the meetings.

    thanks for posting this SS.
clearly something I would've missed otherwise.

I was hoping they'd post some massing imagery of what they have in mind (I'm sure they've been thinking about it long before the public input session).
it sounds like they might be trying to increase the height by making the building exceptionally 'green' via LEED certification.

I'd guess the greatest concern will be ample parking for more units.

Comments from any of you who attended last night's meeting? The next meeting for input is Wednesday, January 18, same time, same place.
