Sheri - Just so you know, these continuing posts are annoying me so much I am making a point of NOT going to Salon 70 (even though it is walking distance to me and I have liked their haircuts in the past).

Gosh Sheri, maybe you could advertise on My Ballard other than through the forum or perhaps on Yelp. Some folks might just make an appointment to see you and then not show because they are irritated by your frequent posts.

I don't think Sheri from Rudys actually comes back to read any of these or else she'd probably stop. At least I'd hope so. Has she actually ever written anything in response?

I don't think she has. Maybe someone should use that number to tell her that the reason she has fewer customers is not because they can't find her, but because she is annoying everyone!

Don't mean to go against the grain here, but I like sheri's post. They are to the point and informative. I've gotten a haircut after every post she makes. Keep it up Sheri!

I agree w/ stopgo.

I mean, just look at her photo--great hairstyle for sure (although it might be overshadowed by that Don Knotts expression).

But when looking for a hairstylist, you want the person who cut the hair of the one with the great hairstyle not the person wearing it.

You'd think, however, she'd look at her previous posts because sometimes people will just answer here (or ask a question) before calling.

I'd like to know why this is a Reader Recommendation. I'm not so sure she is considered a reader and recommending yourself is pretty egotistical.

I still wonder if Rudys had a no compete clause. If they didn't, seems like she could send out a mailing or have a way to contact her former clients.

I think she probably would talk about herself in the third person. Like you would say "2 inches please" and her response would be "Sheri from Rudys does not support your decision. OFF with your hair!"

If I was a local merchant I would monitor this forum. I would think the owner of Salon 70 would ask her to stop.

I am the person on the flyer. I worked there for 11 1/2 years and had a huge clientele. Due to the walk in only policy (no appointments), I did not have all of my customers information. They all requested that I tell them where I go if I leave. I was let go because of one customer complaint and I did not get a chance to explain what happened. I also was unable to let most of my regulars know I left and where I went. They would want to know. I did not intentionally spam the myballardforum. I am only trying to find the customers that I spent years earning as my regulars. No bridge burning happened on my end. My side of the street is clean.

I am so glad that my regulars are starting to find me! I am all over the Internet. Google Sheri at/from Rudy’s and there are many links to find me. I think my customers know I am not tech savvy so they are not expecting me to have put myself all over the internet!!! Surprise!!! Haha
I earned my regular clientele and deserve their’ continued patronage. They should be told where to find me and they can make up their own minds if they still want to haunt Rudy’s in Fremont or follow me to Salon 70 in Ballard. Am I right?

I don't think she really knows what she is doing online. I'm just tired of seeing my screen name pop up each time she posts.

She shared to the extreme. How far back in the threads did it take to resurrect THIS little gem of a thread? I think nobody would have cared except for it was constant and she didn't ever appear to actually go back and see if anyone responded. She also plastered it over other neighborhood blogs. I think by her spammitude, she joined the ranks of the Garnish and Cesar.

Now, why bring this to the forefront again? And why have this thread be the only one you've commented on that you haven't started?

It was spamming, a single post occasionally would have sufficed, but every time she managed to get online, it was three consecutive posts, all cleverly worded, lol.
