Does anyone have an IP attorney recommendation? Experience with web world matters would be a plus. Thx

Robert E Rohde in Seattle - probably going to be the top of the price scale.

Christensen O'Connor is probably the best IP firm in the city, staffed by ethical and sane attorneys (rarer than you might imagine...). The top dollar thing applies here too, but they'll of course work with clients of any size.

Thank you for these spot on referrals. Doubtful I can afford them but I will look into it.

Durango, I have a recommendation. Send me an e-mail. pressure cooker 28, with no
spaces, at Y etc. dot com.Posted 1 year ago # -
If cost is a real prohibition maybe check out an online self-service law service like legalzoom.com? I think you do most of the work but you can selectively check your work with an actual attorney for a fee. Probably get what you pay for but if you are up to the mental sweat-equity you might be able to do a good enough job.

Further to Be's advice, look into a free (or reduced cost) phone consultation.

Two highly recommended options are:
Adam Phillip of Aeon Law. Works with some powerhouse clients and their firm bills flat rate by project: http://aeonlaw.com/attorneys/adam-l-k-philipp/
Ashley Long of Ember IP. She is local to Ballard and is a small business focused IP attorney, who also specializes in flat-rate billing by project: http://www.trademark-lawyer.co/
Both are very reputable, and I would vouch for their character, integrity, and quality.
Good luck,
jeremy
