   Three of us had a delicious dinner at Bitterroot last night. We had the baby back ribs, the beef brisket and the 1/2 lb burger with bacon, caramelized onions and bleu cheese. All of it was top notch! I also had the smoked beet salad, which was good, but I probably wouldn't order it again. The greens that came with the ribs and brisket were lovely, cooked with bacon, of course! The french fries that came with my burger were amazing!

   I had some issues with service shortly after they opened, but the food was definitely good. I figured I'd give them a chance to sort some things out; perhaps it's time to head back again.

   Have to agree. I've been there four times and made my way around the menu and almost everything is excellent (pulled chicken sandwich was the subpar item I had, IMO). The BBQ is terrific, the service was very good, and the pretzel stuffing is SUBLIME.
   Happy hour is a good way to sample lots of different items, by the way.
