Not sure if the owners have been found yet for these small, white dogs found in Ballard. Might be the same dog?

Hi all,
There is a small white dog living feral in the bushes across the street from my house. It is very shy and won't let me get close at all, but from what i can tell it's all white, short hair, about the size of a cat, and has a medium length tail that looks like it might curl up if the dog weren't scared- now it hangs down. Looks like it could be part chihuahua, but is bigger w/ longer legs than most chihuahuas.
