I am a 43 y.o. single mom with good job, excellent credit, and local references seeking long term housing in a MIL or a house share. My daughter is starting kindergarten at Adams this fall, and we would like to stay close to the school if possible. If sharing a house with another parent, I would be interested in spliting pick-up and drop-off at Adams/KidsCo/Ballard Comm. Center. I would consider Whittier or Loyal Heights if the right housing situation presented itself.
I like to garden, cook, and play with my kid. She's imaginative, and a bit of a tomboy. We love pets but don't have any ourselves. The only drama in our lives is needing to find new digs due to water damage in our former apartment, which was not our fault!
