Upright Piano -- for sale

Upright piano for sale -- $100 negotiable -- you move it, and it's an easy move down 4 steps to backyard. Comes with piano bench and some music.

It's in nice shape, all the keys have their ivories, nothing sticks, it's been kept on an inside wall so no moisture problems. Probably built in the 20s/30s -- Farrand Piano Co, Holland Michigan -- which is a company with a great reputation.

Hate to give it up, but really no one plays it any more.

Can you guarantee it'll still be upright once it's moved?

I think you normally need to re-tune a piano after you move it, no?
