If you have a leak in your roof and you need to fix it before winter comes, then by all means, fix your castles wall starting at 7 or 9, or whatever. I would understand your needs. Same goes for any other kind of work that you need done, seeing as we are all busy, and the weekends never seem like enough time to get things done. Starting early is a definite advantage in such times.
Such extremely loud music didn't really seem necessary though. I can't imagine that it was pleasant standing next to those speakers.
I'm not trying to come off as an unpleasant person with the words that I used in the OP, but I was simply baffled. I had to see what the general consensus was on how early it is okay to be that loud.
And just because I mentioned legality doesn't mean that I would be quick to complain to the cops, or anything, either. I would try to tolerate it, and then try to talk to the people if their noise was really bothering me.
I did not talk to the people today, nor did I complain to anyone (other than MyBallard, of course). I figured that maybe the people are having a special day of some sort, and I let them have their fun.
