I’m looking for someone to help me re-decorate my Ballard townhouse, including color consultation, furniture selection and arrangement, accessories, etc. Can anyone recommend a professional (and reasonably-priced) designer?

I passed along your post to a friend who does interior design. Maybe she'll be able to get in touch and help out. :-)

I have worked with Anne Viggiano, and she is delightful: http://avcolordesign.com/

Thank you, Chickster and ballardo! I booked a consultation with Anne and hope to hear from the other designer.

Laurie Brown of Brownwork LLC is a fantastic color consultant who has helped many folks on our block with interior and exterior colors and materials.

I can recommend Stacey Riley at http://www.staceyrileyinteriors.com/index.html. I love the colors she helped us choose for our house and 3 years later they have worn extremely well.

Camelion Design is my choice for design services and furniture selection, right here in your own backyard on Ballard Ave.

You couldn't have picked a better time as they are having their Anniversary sale starting on Friday. My mailer ad says 10-70% off inventory and 15% off custom orders.
They do color consults too and you can't go wrong having the same designer for the entire room. It can be a nightmare picking out the right fabric to go with the paint to give your room the feel you're looking for.

Go check it out! Nicole and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and super great to work with.

Mary-lynn Ballew at styleassistseattle.com was spot on with our home transformation! My favorite part was that she 'shopped' right here in our home and used items we already owned!!
