    I am not sure which lady this is. Is it the same lady that sits at the bus stops a lot? Brown hair, older lady?

    Changes have taken place in the last 40 years - we have a broken system and severely reduced funding for the care of people with mental problems; and, they are now on the streets without care and precious few resources to get them professional help or a place to treat them. Sad.

    it is sad. it's especially sad to hear people considering something "taken care of" just because it's moved out from under their nose.

    kinda hard to talk about the problem at the meeting when the person that your concerned about making the mess is right behind you.hopefully the state can help place her, because she has set up camp at the old library.this garbage has to go! PERIOD
