   Friendly, affectionate, short hair yellow tabby with blue collar and bell hanging out near 70th and 28th Ave NW for past 2 weeks.
   He/she is neutered,green eyes, long tail that arcs over back, not wild about being picked up and slightly skinny but looking better with our regular feeding.
   Unsure if microchipped as unable to put in cat carrier.

   Darn. Was really hoping that would be the right cat. Have you put any posters around the neighborhood, local vets? Amazing how many pets are reunited that way with their owners. That's how I got one of my cats back.
