These, no doubt, are the same folks who leave their cigarette butts and used gum everywhere.
I wonder if these are the same people that don't put the toilet seat down. You made the effort to remove that lid.
I actually don't mind (as long as they put the top back on).
Do most people get annoyed if bagged poop gets put in their can?
Just sayin'... shouldn't dog poop be collected in a biodegradable sack?
LIA - I learned on this forum that this is a deeply divisive issue. I did not know before. Personally, I wouldn't mind if properly contained 'stuff' were put in my trash can as long as the lid were put back on.
OldGuy - not a rapidly biodegrading bag......
I saw a guy drop his poop bag in my recycle bin (set at the curb), retrieved the bag and chased him down to give it back. He said he thought it was a garbage bin. As far as I know every garbage bin in north Seattle is BLACK, not green - and they don't say "recycle" on them. Lazy? Idiot? Both?
I took issue with some asshole throwing his dog poop in a dog house that I had for sale on the front yard. Yes. That was irritating. Actually, beyond irritating.

I'd guess both. But I'm no expert on lazy idiots...
Maybe we should get a special bin labeled "Lazy Idiots" that they can feel free to use as they wish...
...and we can shove them in it given the opportunity ;-)
