Want to get my wife a heart locket as a gift with a picture of us on one side and our son on the other. Anyone know of somewhere local I may get such an item?

Call the Consignment Store on 24th and 56th (I think), they have antiques.

BH - knowing you like to by local, I'd suggest that little jewelry store on Market. It is on the northside of Market between 24th and 22nd. I've bought a few things there and they were pleasant and moderately priced.
