    BH, I don't think so. Forums generally attract the same dozen or so regular readers and don't have a broad readership. I'd bet that the homepage gets many times more traffic.

    Also, I'd bet once you've found the forum you never go back.

    But, I'm not facebooked, so...I really don't understand the appeal anymore.

    My experience with forums is that they attract a small and loyal following, not a broad audience.

    It would be interesting to hear from the Swedes which areas of the site get the most traffic.

    If you look at the bottom of the page you can see how many people are online at any given moment and how many of those are members. Right now 129 people are online, presumably reading the forum but only 7 are members. It is always like that. MyBallard forum is a popular read. We regulars are other people's entertainment.

    clicks = traffic numbers which in turn, give the impression that this is a heavily visited site. Then they can charge nice prices for the little boxes. This forum ads to the clicks. 197530 posts in 13807 topics over 55 months by 3908 of 23295 members. Think of how many of the 3908 members click, click, click, page back and forth and click again. The illusion of traffic. We are Soylent Green.
