Come enjoy yourself at the “hottest” new yoga studio in Seattle. A free, energy balancing flow will be led by CorePower Yoga studio manager, Sarah Goble, followed by delicious food from Ballard Market and refreshments from Java Jahn. We’ll also be collecting donations throughout the evening to aid the American Red Cross in its Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.
Join us after the class for relaxing chair massages from Kelli Riddle, LMP, chiropractic assessments by Dr. Deanna Arnill-Mutzel and a reception to get to know your fellow yogis and learn about the local yoga community. We’ll also have giveaways from CorePower Yoga and other local organizations.
All levels are welcome to attend the class and stay after to learn more about the benefits of yoga for all fitness types.
